Cheese & wine lovers - this one’s for you! This special four-course dinner brings together some of Mudgee’s most respected producers for a night built entirely around our region.

Each course is crafted by the Mudgee Brewing kitchen, showcasing seasonal local produce and thoughtfully incorporating premium cheeses from High Valley Cheese Co. as part of the dish. Alongside the food, guests will enjoy six matched wines from Gilbert Wines, selected to complement both the flavours on the plate and the story of Mudgee.

This is not your average tasting or a cheese night. It’s a considered, region-driven menu that celebrates what happens when local producers come together, and quality leads the way.
